Sometime between 1905 and 1906 production of motorcycles began. They were branded MM, short for Marsh-Metz. They were also branded Arrow, Dixie Flyer, Haverford, National and Peerless.
Before this company was founded in 1905, there were two separate companies. The Motor Cycle Manufacturing Company and the Waltham Development Company. The new company produced a few passenger cars as late as 1905. The company dissolved but the exact date is unknown. It is believed to be sometime between 1913 and 1920.
