The Wonder motor shown here from 1917 was built using Ford Model T parts. As company advertising indicated, “All essential parts are interchangeable with Ford parts which may be secured everywhere at small cost.” The company also announced that they were building two-cycle marine engines in sizes from 3 to 90 horsepower.
Elbridge Motor & Tool Co was founded by G. Ervin DeLong in 1907 and soon shortened its name to Elbridge Engine Co.
