Whitman Agricultural Co.

Whitman Agricultural Company was ostensibly a farm implement manufacturer. However, the company also opted for a complete line of contractor’s equipment sometime prior to 1918. An advertisement of that year in Engineering & Contracting indicates that Sultan engines were a part of complete hoisting outfits and a wide range of contractor’s pumps. Nothing has been found on Sultan engines subsequent to 1918.
