The Oliver 550 fork lift was offered in the 1958-60 period, and was simply an improved model of the Super 55 fork lift previously offered. Power steering was standard equipment at this juncture, and teh tractor had been suitably modified for fork lift service. This included heavy counterweights to the rear, plus the adaptation of the seat, steering wheel, and operating controls for this specialized duty.
