The 99 was the high compression version of the 90. It had three engine options. An Oliver 7.3L four-cylinder gasoline engine, a Waukesha-Oliver 4.9L six-cylinder diesel engine, or a Waukesha-Oliver 4.9L six-cylinder gasoline engine. All were 4×2 2WD with manual steering, contracting band brakes, four-speed gear transmission, and an open operator station.
